Please note that California Notaries Public are impartial and prohibited by law from providing legal advice or advice during the signing, from choosing certificates or preparing documents.
Notary Process
Individuals entering into agreements personally appear before an impartial and unbiased Notary Public, are identified as the person they claim to be, and acknowledge that they understand the contents of the document and signed it voluntarily. Importantly, the resulting notarized document becomes distinguishable from any other because of the seal and official, original signature of the Notary Public.

Within 10 mile Round trip Radius — $15
Within 20 mile Round trip Radius — $25
Within 30 mile Round trip Radius — $35

General Notary Public
Per signature — $15 (plus Travel fee)
Per provided document page — $2
Hospitals — $50 (plus Notary fee)
Jails & Detention Centers — $100 (plus Notary fee)
Airports — $100 (plus Notary fee)
After Normal Hours, Holiday or Urgent — $50 (plus Notary fee)
Price quotes are for on-time appointments. Any wait time over first 30 minutes — $15 (charged in 15 min increments)
Loan Signing
Loan Documents — $75 – $300
Email, Fax or Copies — Add $25
No show, Refuses to sign, Loan does not fund, Second trip (other than Notary error) — $50 fee charge
Mail handling — $10 (if return packaging not included, plus Courier overnight fee)
